- Aug 19 – Arrive Nashville airport and transfer to Guest House Inn Music Valley via an Anchor Tours 55-pax coach. Overnight Nashville- Aug 20 – Free day . Overnight Nashville
- Aug 21 – Anchor 55-pax coach booked all day to take the group to nearby Gallatin for viewing the eclipse. If that morning is overcast, the coach is able to take the group to another area where it might not be overcast. Overnight Nashville
- Aug 22 – Transfer to Huntsville & tour the US Space & Rocket Center. Check-in the Holiday Inn Express . Overnight Huntsville
- Aug 23 – Transfer to Atlanta and check-in the Holiday Inn Express Buckhead . Overnight Atlanta
- Aug 24 – Transfer to Atlanta airport
The trip will be based on a B&B rate.
