Year of Astronomy
2009
has been designated International Year of Astronomy by the UN.
Astronomy Ireland will be helping run hundreds of events all over the
country in association with our colleagues in IYA
Ireland. These events will range from lectures to
sidewalk astronomy to exhibitions and are available to
everyone.
