BBC's Stargazing Live in Waterford

on Tuesday 28 March
7.30 p.m  at Kingsmeadow Waterford

Come to our event as promoted by Prof Brian Cox, Dara O'Briain and the BBC at Astronomy Ireland South East Branch in Kingsmeadow where you can look thorough Ireland's largest publicly available telescopes!

Orion Nebula

The event starts at 7:30pm for a rare chance to see the planet Mercury at its best with the naked eye which less than 1% of Earth's population has ever seen. Mars and Moon on view also along with Orion nebula and Ireland's most powerful handheld laser will teach you the constellations. Ideal for families and beginners.

 


Moon

The event will begin at 7:30pm in Kingsmeadow, Waterford.

The event is suitable for all ages, and we encourage families, children and adults to come along.
