2011 November 18/19th (Friday Night) WHAT TO SEE FROM ASTRONOMY IRELAND ALL TIMES GMT ---------------------- Sunset 16.25 (Fri) Sunrise 7.57 (Sat) ---------------------- Moonrise 00.09 (Fri) Moonset 13.23(Fri) ---------------------- -----OVERVIEW Leonids Meteor Shower Binocular Comet Garradd Great Red Spot at 20.20 (Fri) ISS Pass at 6.18am(Sat) 43% waxing gibbous Moon Mars Rises at 23.51 (Fri) and is just 7 degrees from the moon! ------------- Jupiter’s Great Red Spot will be visible at 20.20 (Fri). Comet Garradd will be visible 35 degrees up from the western horison and will be about 7th magnitude (just beyond the reach of the naked eye, but great in binoculars!).
