Viewing Comet Catalina, Uranus, Orion and the Pleiades

Astronomy Ireland is setting up the most powerful telescopes in Ireland, to show members of the general public the Comet Catalina, Uranus, Orion and the Pleides Star Cluster.

The event will take place on January 28th at 8pm. The event is open to the general public This event will take place at our HQ (Map and Address) on Thursday 28th regardless of weather!

There will be loads of free posters, back issues of the magazine and refreshments on the night! To find out more about the event call us on 086 06 46 555 or email office@astronomy.ie


Booking is not necessary, just come along on the night, regardless of the weather!

If cloudy a telescope exhibition and workshop will be held demonstrating how to use  telescopes and all the free posters will still be available and a short talk will be given so it will be well worth coming along to visit the world's most popular astronomy society.
