In this lecture Dr. Pearson will delve into the fascinating world of space robots and how they have developed over the years to become complex exploration and analytical machines.  She will also talk about the history of space robots and what amazing machines we can expect into the future.

DR EZZY PEARSON

Ezzy Pearson is News Editor for BBC Sky at Night Magazine.  She has long had a fascination with the night sky and now spreads this love via her work in media in print, online and broadcast.  She has a PhD in Astrophysics from Cardiff University, which gives her a deep understanding on the area of space and space science, though she is also interested in all other aspects of science, particularly physics.  She has written  a book on the subject Robots in Space
