ABOUT THE LECTURE:

“Why do people work in Space?”

Humans have always looked up at the stars, but some go further and spend their working lives studying distant planets, building rockets, and extracting data from satellite images.
So apart from human curiosity, what exactly drives people to work in the space sector?
In this talk, we’ll dive into some of the findings of the 2024 Space Census to find out the key motivations, capabilities, and opportunities that ignite our curiosity and inspire us to reach for the stars.
